If anyone has ever dreamt of living a life out on the ocean and just flowing with the currents, letting the wind take you where it wills, those dreams still probably don’t include all of the amazing things you can see in just a single month aboard a cargo ship.

For most of us, making those dreams a reality is a very difficult thing. Life can sometimes keep us walking in place for a while with responsibilities, but thankfully, there are people who are willing to share their experiences with the rest of us.

Jeffrey Tsang is a Canadian maritime vlogger who spends a massive amount of his time at sea, sailing and taking thousands of pictures on the way.

On his most recent excursion, Tsang journeyed for 30 days across the ocean, starting in the Red Sea and sailing all the way across the Indian Ocean to Hong Kong.

His project, titled “30 Days Timelapse at Sea” shares his experiences with the world with more than 80,000 pictures, and every single one of them shows how absolutely incredible life can be at sea.

Tsang described his journey as one that had him “chasing the endless horizon, witnessing the ever changing weather, and appreciating the bright stars and galaxies.”

The night sky on the open ocean is something that looks like it could only be found in someone’s imagination, the rain storms and lightning strikes look utterly biblical, and the sunrises and sunsets are the stuff of dreams.

Being able to see all of these experiences through the eyes of someone else is an incredibly magical experience and it’s impossible to not be completely captivated until the very end.

Knowing the sights that our planet is capable of providing and living them are two completely separate things, but thanks to people like Tsang, the rest of us are finally able to see what we would otherwise never be able to witness.

Check out the breathtaking video below, and make sure to watch until the very last second because it is more than worth the time.
